- 2DL Orange juice
- 400g Granulated sugar
- Zest of 1 orange
- 200g Melted butter
- 180g Flour
- 1L Skimmed milk
- 800g Callebaut Chocolate Mousse

Mix together the following...
2DL Orange juice
400g Granulated sugar
Zest of 1 orange
Add the follow and mix in.
200g Melted butter
180g Flour
Use a spoon to make small balls of pastry and put onto grease proof paper. Press to create the desired shape. Bake for approx 8mins @ 165c. As soon as you remove them from the oven finish shaping the cornets
Mix together and then put in the fridge.
1L Skimmed milk
800g Callebaut Chocolate Mousse
When the mousse has hardened fill the cornets
Sprinkle with Callebaut choc splinters
