Oven roasted chicken thigh with steam rice

From roasted chicken to stuffed chicken breast, chicken recipes are vast and varied. Ingredients

  • Chicken thigh (boneless)
  • Hung curd
  • Ginger & Garlic paste
  • Paprika powder
  • Garam Masala
  • Black pepper corn(crushed)
  • Fresh coriander leaves
  • Fresh mint leaves
  • Green chilli
  • Salt
  • Lemon juice
  • Rice

Method

Take chicken thigh in a bowl, add hung curd in it.
Then add Ginger garlic paste, paprika powder,
Garam masala, crushed black pepper corn,
Salt, lemon juice and keep it aside.
Take coriander leaves, mint leaves, green chillies and grind it.
Now put this paste in bowl and mix up. Then,
put it in the refrigerator for minimum 60 minutes
After that, wrap each piece of chicken thigh in silver foil
Pre heat oven at 205°C
Roast chicken thigh in oven for 25 mins
