Pasta

This is a pasta recipe I picked up from one of the other chefs in the kitchen when I was putting a ravioli dish on the menu.

Ingredients

  • 500g "oo" Flour or strong flour.
  • 2 Whole eggs
  • 12 Egg yolks
  • Tablespoon of Olive oil
  • Tablespoon of Milk
  • Pinch of salt

Method

Whisk all your eggs and yolks with your salt milk and olive oil. Put your flour into the Robot Coupe then slowly put in your already whisked ingredredients. Then take out and knead the mix with your hands under hot lights on your service pass.
