Pechuga de pollo a las finas hierbas.

Una receta fácil y rápida de preparar, ideal para toda ocasión y para deleitar 👌


  • 1 Filete de pechuga de pollo
  • 250 ML crema de leche
  • Tomillo, laurel, estragón, albahaca y romero todas finamente picadas.
  • 1 Onz vino blanco
  • Sal al gusto
  • Pimienta al gusto


1- Asar preferiblemente el filete de pechuga a la parrilla.
2- una vez lista por ambos lados, trasladar el filete a un sartén donde se agregar a la crema de leche y el vino blanco.
3- una vez mezclada la crema de leche y el vino blanco, agregar las finas hierbas, salpimentar y corregir sabor.
4- Colocar el filete en un plato y bañar con la salsa directamente desde el sartén.
Nota: Acompañar con croquetas de yuca preferiblemente. Y a disfrutar. Sencilla, rápida pero deliciosa receta.
