scallops with squash puree,roasted walnuts,parma ham
Once they have been shucked scallops can be enjoyed pan fried, steamed or poached - Why not give the following scallops recipe with squash puree, roasted walnuts, parma ham recipe a try yourself?
Ingredients
Method
roast the squash with rosemary and garlic until soft, let cool blitze and pass
roast the walnuts until golden
lay the parma ham on a lined baking tray,place more baking paper ontop and place another tray ontop of that,bake in the oven for around 10minutes or until crisp
season the scallops and cook for 2-3minutes on each side, add a knob of butter and lemon juice and let rest
