Sesame Sponge Cake

Ingredients

  • Sesame Sponge Cake
  • 1tsp baking powder
  • 90g brioche crumbs
  • 50g ground almonds
  • 50g toasted sesame seeds
  • 200g sugar
  • 200g Tahini
  • 4 whole eggs
  • 100ml rapeseed oil
  • 100ml sesame oil
  • Lemon Salt
  • 75g Maldon
  • 75g Sugar
  • 4 lemon zests (box grater)

Method

Sesame Sponge Cake
Mix dry ingredients together
Mix wet ingredients together and add to the dry to form a batter
Cook @ 110 degrees c – 120 degrees c for about 1 hour til cooked
