Chicken and potatoes

Ingredients

  • 500 grams of peeled potatoes
  • 4-6 Chicken drumsticks
  • Cooking oil
  • Salt and black pepper
  • (optional) Fresh dill

Method

1) Wash and peel your potatoes
2) Cut the potatoes into chunks. The size doesn't really matter just pick a size and stick with it so you get an even cook on the potatoes later on
3) Season your potatoes with salt and pepper and coat them with the cooking oil of your liking. I like seasoning my products separately as it gives a depth of flavor. Then transfer them into your baking dish
4) Season and coat your chicken drumsticks aswell and nest them into the bed of potatoes
5) Bake in a preheated 200°C oven untill the potatoes are fork tender. Your chicken should also be ready at that point
6) Optional: Leave them in the oven for another 2 minutes with the fan on for a golden color on top and crispy chicken skin

Small Contribution. Big Impact.
