Potato topping
• Peel and thinly slice the potatoes
• Boil the potato slices until just cooked through
• Fry the onions with butter and thyme until golden and caramelised
Assembly
• Add Mustard Foods Steak Diane to a large casserole dish or individual pie dishes
• Top with potato slices and caramelised onion
• Add a few knobs of butter to the potatoes
• Bake at 180°C until golden and crisp
• Garnish with fresh parsley
