SUSHIDOG TO OPEN ITS DOORS AT BIRMINGHAM BULLRING ON 31st JANUARY 2026

Free SushiDog for the first 100 customers + 50% off opening weekend

SushiDog officially opens at Bullring, Birmingham on Saturday 31 January 2026, bringing its bold, fresh, fully customisable sushi to the Midlands for the very first time. And with the New Year in full swing, it’s the perfect moment to kickstart 2026 with something fresh, flavour-packed and made exactly your way.

To celebrate the launch, the first 100 customers through the door will enjoy a FREE SushiDog from the Signature menu. After that, guests can enjoy 50% off from 31st January to 1st February, making opening weekend the ideal time to discover your new favourite lunch spot.

Over launch weekend, visitors can also take part in a SushiDog spin-the-wheel for a chance to win exclusive prizes, including limited-edition tote bags designed by local illustrator, Phoebe Robinson.

Located on the upper level of Bullring, the kiosk-style venue showcases SushiDog’s bright, playful design and seats up to 25 guests. Every dish is made fresh to order, with endless customisation options, from vibrant veggies and premium proteins to bold house made sauces offering a fun, fresh way to start the year feeling good.

“We can’t wait to open our first regional site in Birmingham,” said Greg, co-founder of SushiDog. “The city’s creative, energetic food culture is a perfect match for SushiDog, and the Bullring is always buzzing. We’re excited to finally bring our fresh, fun approach to sushi to the Midlands.”
