Ingredients

  • 10ml of Cointreau
  • 20ml of blue curacao
  • 30ml of fresf orange juice
  • Champagne
  • 1 maraschino cherry for decoration

Method

Prepare the cocktail in a chilled champagne glass.
Put in the Cointreau first.
Add the orange juice.
Top up with champagne.
Pour the blue curacao very gently in the glass to create a chromatic effect from blue to green.
Put the maraschino cherry on top and serve.
