Roasted sweet potatoes with Middle Eastern spice blend Za'atar

ZA’ATAR SWEET POTATOES
1. Pre-heat the oven to 180c.
2. Place all of the wedges into a baking sheet.
3. Drizzle over Olive Oil, Za’atar & Salt. Mix well.
4. Roast for approx. 40 minutes, until golden and soft,
5. Remove from the oven and serve.
