It was also ranked as Sweden’s Best Restaurant in 2011 and 2012. Last year Restaurant Frantzén/ Lindeberg became just Restaurant Frantzén after Daniel Lindeberg’s departure, however Björn continues to serve fresh, exciting seasonal dishes with little-known and sometimes surprising ingredients, keeping it at the forefront of Nordic and world cuisine.
