The Staff Canteen Live 2015 at The Hospitality Show at NEC in Birmingham showcased some of the UK's leading Michelin-starred chefs including National Chef of the Year 2015, Russell Bateman, Luke Tipping and Daniel Clifford.

Also on stage were top chefs Richard Turner, Chris Harrod and Adam Stokes who each showcased various dishes from their restaurant menus.

Making its debut at The Hospitality Show at the NEC in Birmingham, The Staff Canteen Live 2015 brought together 11 chefs and 10 Michelin stars live on stage.

The show brought together some of the industry's best culinary talent including the likes of Russell Bateman, Daniel Clifford and Luke Tipping to showcase their skills and innovative ingredients in front of a live audience for three days between 19-21 of January, 2015. At the end of each day visitors were encouraged to interact with the chefs and get those all important questions answered direct from the professionals.

Adam Stokes opened the event with his hare, red cabbage and haggis dish; demonstrating how to skin the hare and the techniques needed to take off the meat which was then placed in a water bath.

For the first time, each of the chefs' demonstrations were live streamed on our YouTube channel.

The Staff Canteen Live 2015 at The Hospitality Show was held in conjunction with speciality produce supplier, Westlands.

Toby Wand, Managing Director at Fresh Montgomery said: “The Staff Canteen Live is an exciting new feature for The Hospitality Show and a real coup for next year’s event. Not only will visitors get the unique opportunity to watch and learn from some of the best in the business – they will also be able to enter into a Q&A, to address some of their own challenges in the kitchen.”
