We thought it was time to celebrate the unsung heroes of the kitchen in a new monthly feature, KP of the Month, and this month it is Tom Holton who currently works at Carters of Moseley in Birmingham.
Tom was nominated by Brad Carter, chef director of Carter of Moseleys who said: "Tom has been with us for around 5 years, he is dedicated to the cause and will always step in and go the extra mile when we need him too, behind every successful kitchen operation is a kitchen porter like Tom, although his nickname is ‘Micky love’ he will hate me for telling you that!"
