With a variety of experiences ranging from Trencher’s fish and chips at the Brasserie, to fine dining with Head Chef Paul Leonard & Friends’ specially crafted seven course tasting menu, there shall be something to suit everyone’s taste.

This evening we shall be joined by talented author & Chef Paul Cunningham, Head Chef at Henne Kirkeby Kro on the west coast of Denmark.

WEDNESDAY 7TH NOVEMBER – STARS OF THE FUTURE
Aspiring young chefs, ready to assist Head Chef Paul in creating an evening to remember, shall be welcomed into the kitchens for another year.

We are delighted to introduce ‘Scottish Chef of the Year’ winner Lorna McNee, who shall be preparing unrivaled Scottish produce for you to enjoy.

FRIDAY 9TH NOVEMBER – TRENCHERS OF WHITBY
The Brasserie doors shall once again be opening to one of Yorkshire and England’s finest Fish’n’Chip restaurants, with both lunch and dinner options available.
