CONVOTHERM LAUNCHES NEW DESIGN LINE WITH THE MINI BLACK COMBI OVEN

Convotherm has recently announced the launch of a new black variant of their highly popular Convotherm mini combination oven. Designed with a matt black exterior, the compact oven gives a stylish feel to an array of front of house locations from petrol stations, bakeries and snack bars through to coffee shops, restaurants and cafés.

Available with the familiar easyTouch control panel, and extra-large observation window, all contained within a remarkably small footprint of just 51.5cm , the stylish new mini combi oven is stunning on its own, whilst perfectly complimenting other Welbilt appliances such as the Merrychef eikon e2s Trend black. The matt black coating which helps to eliminate fingerprints means that the oven retains its clean and elegant appearance, even after a whole day’s use.

Featuring a large cooking chamber to provide plenty of space for efficient roasting, grilling, steaming, au gratin cooking, convenience frying, regeneration and baking, the Convotherm Mini Black boasts an array of features. The BakePro feature, for example, means that “freshly” baked products can go into series production effortlessly, whilst the “easyStart” feature allows users to simultaneously bake and cook up to six different product categories perfectly. Models featuring the easyTouch panel have an intuitive picture-based user interface, meaning that unskilled staff can use the mini black without requiring time-consuming training.

Sticking to the “form follows function” principle, the new Convotherm Mini Black offers high-quality design alongside a wide range of applications and practical features, available in two control modes: the manual control variant utilizing buttons and a tilt selector switch, or the easyTouch user interface with its intuitive touchscreen controls.
