CHEF launches a new summer recipe range

Summer is an exciting time of year in our industry… many ingredients are in season, produce is at its freshest and diners are hungry for new eating experiences.

To mark the start of the season, CHEF is launching a new summer recipe range for The Staff Canteen.
Developed by CHEF consultant Andrej Prokes, former Executive Sous Chef at The Ritz London and Sous Chef at The Fat Duck in Bray, the new recipes feature some of the freshest seasonal ingredients and the most innovative flavours available right now.

A highlight from the new summer recipe range is the Grilled Mackerel Salad with Vietnamese Dressing. Featuring fresh skin on mackerel fillets, pak choi and radishes, the flavour is brought to the fore with an intense Vietnamese Dressing featuring CHEF Asian Liquid Concentrate, red chillies, limes, garlic, rice vinegar and brown sugar.
