Creating standout spring menus

⁣With the Easter weekend only a few months away, CHEF consultant Andrej Prokes, former Executive Sous Chef at The Ritz London and Sous Chef at The Fat Duck in Bray, discusses how chefs can make the most of the seasonal opportunity.

“When it comes to key calendar moments such as Easter, celebration takes centre stage. We see families and friends come together to enjoy the very best food and drink.
