Duddell’s Michelin starred Cantonese and Dim Sum arrives from Hong Kong, served on Heritage stoneware

Duddells first opened in Hong Kong four years ago and has become a huge success, entertaining creative minds with its progressive programme of art exhibitions, music performances, and film screenings, combined with chic surroundings and high-end Cantonese cuisine. The concept has now arrived London, with a new restaurant that opened in London Bridge on November 28th.

Heritage developed new glaze Larimar which forms part of the Strata stoneware range and was launched at Duddells. Dishes such as Guandong crispy salted chicken and barbequed Iberico pork with honey-glazed soy bean will be served on our stoneware. Duddells is the latest example of a growing trend for oriental restaurants in the UK.

Following on from our collaboration with another uber chic London Asian restaurant, Nobu Shoreditch, we are delighted to be supplying tableware for Asian cuisine to such a prestigious Asian restaurant at the top of its game.
