Essential Cuisine is proud to announce once again we will be sponsoring Salon Culinaire‘s ‘Teamwork in the Kitchen’ competition held at The Hospitality Show running from 23rd-25th January 2017.
The competition will involve a team of three chefs producing a three course meal (of their choice) for two, including; starter, main and dessert. A typed menu and description of their dishes will be required on the day to be presented to the judges. Dishes will need to be served in course order but service can commence at any time with all dishes completed by the 1 hour mark, penalty points will be deducted for lateness.

Therefore, it is great to see judges will also be looking out for British seasonal produce to feature highly throughout competitors menus.
