The Final is over, the dishes have been lovingly prepared, cooked and served. Chef Proprietor Sat Bains and Head Chef John Freeman have watched, developed, mentored, supported and advised our 2 Finalists, Harvey Perttola from Hampton Manor and Oliver Dovey from Baxter Storey.

We wait with baited breath which one of the Finalists will be crowned King to win the culinary trip of a lifetime to the 2 Michelin star Les Sources de Caudalie in France and Six Sense Zil Pasyon in the Seychelles the pinnacle of luxury.
