Great British Menu 2018 winner James Cochran creates 3 dishes from restaurant 1251

Great British Menu 2018 contestant James Cochran, creates three dishes from his new restaurant 1251 in Islington. The first dish is a Cornish line caught mackerel, cucumber, xo sauce and hazelnuts. The second dish is Organic Kent bred lamb, smoked cod’s roe, baby artichokes and black olive. And the dessert is a Toasted oat custard tart, raspberries, clotted cream, pepper, something he says reflects his Scottish roots.
