Howard Beasley, Essential's Chef of the Month!

Starting out in kitchens at the tender age of just 16, Howard’s career as a chef spans two decades and multiple disciplines. Five years at the boutique 5* Chester Grosvenor Hotel, at the same time Paul Hollywood was head baker, gave him the perfect grounding in all corners of kitchen life; it’s here that he learnt his trade from Executive Chef Paul Reed, a former comrade of Essential Cuisine founder, Nigel Crane at London’s Dorchester.
