Frédéric Bau, the Creator of l’École du Grand Chocolat Valrhona, wanted to demonstrate one of his techniques for the creation of Valrhona Christmas Baubles. This could inspire you for your platted desserts or even artisan special creation as small cakes that can be sold individually. Frédéric Bau uses l’Atélier Creation’s customized half-sphere molds to do the shape of the baubles. No time to waste to discover his amazing technique!
