Michelin star chef Luke Tipping from the award winning Simpsons restaurant in Birmingham, talks about how he is working with suppliers in his role, and how Westlands who are based in Evesham, are working with him to develop new bespoke products. Luke and William Boer from Westlands have worked together to create a “Petit leave” a plant that is still growing and offers the chef the freshest product he can get.
