My Latest Venture, Patri Restaurant is now Open!

After several years working behind the scenes at Chai Naasto Indian Street Food, as one of the founders and Creative Director, I have taken a leap of faith and opened PATRI!

A complete labour of love - I have brought together all the dishes I remember from my childhood travelling across India by train. My talented chefs have developed my memories into beautiful monkfish curries, the same chaats I remember snacking on on station platforms, pillowy soft breads and we have even fired up the tandoor to recreate the grills that fill New Delhi train station with the most delicious smoky aroma.

We opened on 30th November, just a three minute walk from Northfields tube station - it's early days but things are looking good in the run up to Christmas so far. I'm using the verre de vin wine dispensing system and as well as some excting cocktails and we've got a few on-trend softs like Kombuch and lassi. Anyone who wants to come down and take a look don't hesitate.
