Nice testimonial from Adam Handling who has just opened a new Frog restaurant in Covent Garden

British chef & restaurateur Adam Handling first rose to fame when he entered and became a finalist in ‘Masterchef, the Professionals’ in 2013. Handling won an Acorn Award in 2013 and was the youngest person to be tipped by the Caterer magazine as one of the “30 under 30 to watch”. He has since won various awards including Scottish chef of the year 2015 as well as the British Culinary Federation’s Chef of the Year 2014. He’s currently up for Chef of the Year in the Food & Travel awards.

In June 2016, Adam opened his first independent restaurant, The Frog in Spitalfields, London. The restaurant was well received and has proved hugely popular. Adam is building on this success this September, by opening a second Frog restaurant in Covent Garden. It has been Heritage’s immense privilege to supply The Frog with a selection of tableware on which to present Adam’s stunning food. Adam selected pieces from our Strata stoneware collection. Several of pieces from this range can be seen on Adam’s website. Adam was kind enough to comment about our tableware:

“I’ve used Heritage’s tableware and been impressed by the quality of their products”

You can find out more about Adam, his great talent, indefatigable energy and gorgeous food by checking out his website, www.adamhandling.co.uk. As well as finding out about his love of Asian inspired flavours, particularly Japanese, you may also notice some of our tableware popping up in the wonderful footage on his homepage! We wish Adam the best of luck with his new venture – we can’t wait to come and try it out! Check out more stories like this on our website: http://www.heritagesilverware.com
