Recipes wanted for charity cookbook

After undergoing a double lung transplant and subsequent post transplant lymphoma last year I am creating a cookbook, with Relish Publications, for the immune surpressed.

1000's of people a year are limited in what they can eat by immune surpression and I want to create a book for them, and their friends and families, where they can simple enjoy cooking or eating without the worry.

I have over 80 chefs and restaurants already contributing but would love to hear from anyone interested in donating a recipe or supporting our crowd funding effort.
