Swedish Midsummer Party - Who is in?

Every year is the traditional Swedish Midsummer party - celebrated June 25th. The party is full of delicious sea food including Scandi crayfish, mackerel, herring, shrimp by the plateful - and of course snaps! It is our favourite party of the year and for those of us who can't make it up to Sweden for the celebrations we are in luck as there is a massive (7,000+) party in Hyde Park every year.
