Visitors to The Restaurant Show earlier this month were immersed in incredible lights, sounds, tastes and scents at the Full Senses Theatre by Nestlé Professional
At the multi-sensory theatrical dining experience - a first for the company - acclaimed Chef Andrej Prokes (former Executive Sous Chef at The Ritz and Sous Chef at The Fat Duck in Bray) demonstrated through a line-up of exclusive taster sessions how the company’s food and drink solutions allow restaurants to express creativity and versatility, while also offering convenience of use for operators and consistency of taste for consumers.
Andrej says: “As chefs, we are also storytellers, responsible for taking customers on a journey through our food, and engaging their senses. There is a story behind every dish, and as chefs it’s our job to tell it – to craft the story behind every plate. Through the Full Senses we wanted to bring this sense of theatre and storytelling to The Restaurant Show, and we hope diners enjoyed the experience.”
