The Brasserie Restaurant, Milton Keynes College has been named as AA College Restaurant of the Year Award and People 1st are proud sponsors of this award.
First awarded in 2016, the AA College Restaurant of the Year Award has been developed in conjunction with our partners at AA in order to recognise accredited colleges within the AA College Rosette Scheme that have shown outstanding achievements in a realistic working environment.
The Brasserie, based at Milton Keynes College Bletchley Campus, is a training restaurant providing an exciting and unique dining experience to all its guests where the students are truly at the heart of everything they do. Choose dishes from the ever-evolving seasonal à la carte menus, relax with a Bedfordshire Wooden Hill coffee, or enjoy a cake from the Claire Clarke Academy and much more.
Highlights of their menu include Pigeon Waldorf Salad, Blue cheese, pine nuts and baby gem, followed by Seabream with sweetcorn, fennel samphire and quinoa, to finish enjoy a carrot cake sundae with carrot sorbet and cinnamon granola.
The Brasserie restaurant regularly holds gourmet evenings and tasting events, allowing customers to sample fine dining menus with accompanying wines for an affordable price.
