You could do just that by winning the Kikkoman Masters 2018. Here at Kikkoman we are once again calling on chefs to take part in our highly-regarded competition. The competition ios a fantastic opportunity to showcase your talent and win the prize of a lifetime.

You could be one of the lucky finalists invited to participate in the live cook-off for a host of distinguished judges at the Restaurant Show on Monday 1st October.

All you have to do to enter is devise a 2 course menu utilising Kikkoman's versatile Naturally Brewed Soy Sauce.

The 2017 Kikkoman Masters champion was Gabriel Rechisan (Gidleigh Park), who had this to say - "I’ve really enjoyed taking part in the Kikkoman Masters 2017 competition and to be chosen as the winner was brilliant.
