Delve deeper under the rind and become an Associate of the Academy of Cheese.

The Academy of Cheese is all about improving cheese knowledge, from helping to curate an epic cheese board to developing careers behind the counter.

With four levels to complete before becoming a fully-qualified Master of Cheese, your journey begins with the basic Level 1 Associate certification course at the School of Fine Food in London.

During this fun, hands-on one-day course, you’ll learn a structured approach to tasting. You’ll cover cheese making, provenance, terminology and much more, backed up with a little home study (and more tasting) before completing the online certification.

Book now to join us to understand how cheese is made, get to grips with the different families of cheeses and taste over 25 cheeses to expand your knowledge and your palate. You’ll be given a wealth of cheese-related material as well as an invaluable workbook.

Requirements: no previous experience required.

One-day course timings: 09:30 – 16:30

Weeknight course timings: Three weeknight sessions over three consecutive weeks 18:30 – 21:00
