Will Holland joins The Atlantic Hotel in Jersey as Executive Chef

The Atlantic Hotel, Jersey welcomes the arrival of Executive Chef Will Holland to Ocean Restaurant on Monday 16th October 2017.

Fresh from The Craft Guild of Chefs National Chef of the Year final on 3rd October, diners at The Atlantic Hotel will soon be able to enjoy Will’s relaxed menus featuring the finest seasonal Jersey ingredients in outstanding dishes celebrating the land and sea.

Will has been working in Michelin-starred restaurants since the age of 18 and was awarded a star before he was 30. He brings experience in some of the finest establishments across the UK, including La Bécasse Restaurant, L'Ortolan Restaurant, Gravetye Manor Hotel and Homewood Park Hotel and recently Coast Restaurant in Saundersfoot, Pembrokeshire. Will is recognised by The Good Food Guide as one of its predicted 10 most influential chefs of the next decade and was named UK Restaurant Chef of the Year 2016 by The Craft Guild of Chefs.
