Young chefs could win a trip to Reims with Champagne Pommery

22nd May 2017

Pommery Champagne urges young chefs to register as soon as possible for the chance to win a trip to their stunning Domaine in Reims, including return travel on Eurostar, a cellar tour and accommodation. The deadline is 31st May 2017.

Pommery, the official Champagne partner of The M Booktable Young Chef of the Year Competition 2017 encourages young up and coming chefs between the ages of 18 and 25 years to enter this new annual competition, giving them an opportunity to work with M Restaurant Group, host a 10 night pop-up restaurant at M Victoria in July as well as to experience a Pommery Champagne trip to Reims.

Pommery Champagne UK Business Development Director, Giles Henton says “This is an incredible chance for young chefs to raise their profile and benefit from a unique experience where they create their own menus mentored by M Restaurants Founder Martin Williams as well as Executive Chef for the Group, Michael Reid. It’s about nurturing new talent and encouraging youngsters into the profession.”

The judging panel includes Phil Howard; Richard Bainbridge; Sarah Durdin Robertson; Michael Reid and Martin Williams. Entrants must be between 18 – 25 years old and working in a professional kitchen in the UK.
