Fresh flavours arrive as three exciting independents join Sheffield's largest food hall
There's even more reason to visit Cambridge Street Collective this summer, as Sheffield's biggest food hall welcomes three brand new independent Food Partners, Sunrise Caribbean, Jimmy's Burger and Drip & Drizzle Desserts.
Known for bringing together some of the UK's best independent food brands under one roof, Cambridge Street Collective has refreshed its offering. Each Food Partner brings something completely different to the table, giving visitors even more choice whether they're stopping by for lunch, dinner or a late night treat.
Sunrise Caribbean brings the authentic flavours of Jamaica to Sheffield, serving up a menu packed with island favourites. From perfectly seasoned jerk chicken and rich curry mutton to comforting sides and contemporary Caribbean dishes, Sunrise Caribbean delivers bold, homemade flavours inspired by traditional recipes and warm Jamaican hospitality.
Jimmy's Burger is the smash burger concept created by lifelong friends Paddy and Jimmy, whose obsession with building the perfect burger has earned them a loyal following since 2019. Expect hand rolled Ginger Pig beef patties, Paul Rhodes buns and carefully crafted flavour combinations, from the sweet heat of the ‘Do Ya Dare’ to the comforting Oklahoma burger with caramelised onions and gherkins. It's proper northern comfort food, made without compromise.
For those with a sweet tooth, Drip & Drizzle Desserts has opened its first Sheffield location at Cambridge Street Collective. Originally launched in 2019 as ‘the midnight delivery,’ the dessert specialists have built a cult following for indulgent treats designed to satisfy every craving. Visitors can now enjoy their signature Bubble Waffles, hot steamed fudge cake, hot cookie dough and the famous Magnum Stuffed Croissant from their new kiosk inside the food hall.
These latest additions continue Cambridge Street Collective's commitment to showcasing independent food businesses while keeping its lineup fresh and exciting for visitors. With cuisines spanning the Caribbean, American inspired smash burgers and indulgent desserts, there's something new to discover whatever you're craving.
Matt Bigland, Co-founder of Blend Family, said: "We're always looking at how we can bring new experiences and exciting independent food brands to Sheffield. Sunrise Caribbean, Jimmy's Burger and Drip & Drizzle each offer something completely different, and together they add even more variety to Cambridge Street Collective. Whether you're visiting for a quick lunch, a family meal or meeting friends after work, there's now even more choice under one roof. Keeping our line-up fresh is a huge part of what makes the venue special, and we're excited for people to come down and discover their new favourites."
Since opening, Cambridge Street Collective has become one of Sheffield's go to destinations for food, drink and socialising, bringing together a curated mix of independent kitchens alongside bars, live entertainment and regular events in the heart of the city.
The three new Food Partners are now open and available at Cambridge Street Collective.
