The Amalfi terrace has launched alongside Six by Nico’s latest 6-week tasting menu: Amalfi Coast, which has inspired the Itaian cocktails on the menu.
The £5 Aperol Spritz takes centre stage throughout July, offering guests the chance to enjoy one of summer’s most iconic serves at an accessible price point. Alongside the signature spritz, the cocktail menu features a lineup of seasonal creations, including the Strawberry Basil Negroni, Blood Orange Espresso Martini, Lemon Verbena Hugo, and the Sgroppino, a refreshing mix of lemon sorbet, vodka, limoncello, and olive oil.
