Chef Elliot Hill from Arkle at The Chester Grosvenor creates Welsh Five Minute Potatoes

Seen on the menu at Arkle at The Chester Grosvenor, Executive Chef, Elliot Hill, creates a Tatws Pum Munud, also known as Welsh Five Minute Potatoes. The dish is inspired by Elliot's fathers home cooking that used hearty and humble ingredients. The dish uses smoked eel as apposed to the traditional bacon in addition to gratings of truffle to finish.
