Sous Vide Cocktails for Christmas

We all love a cocktail or two during the festive period and our latest video demonstrates a classic drink with intense flavours. Chef Ross Clarke demonstrates a unique take on the Bloody Mary by infusing vodka with thyme and rosemary, along with beef stock, apple and star anise ice cubes with caramelised lemon juice and an infused tomato juice. A drink with complex flavours that you can make consistently, time and time again using the water bath.
