Coup de Pates and Delice de France have unveiled a new Autumn/Winter 2014/15 catalogue, bursting with almost 50 new lines alongside over 680 bread, patisserie, Viennoiserie, sweet bakery, semi-prepared, savoury and reception products.

Lovingly created by the companies’ highly skilled in-house chefs, there is a product range to suit hospitality professionals of all skillsets, from caterers and café owners, right through to bakers, chocolatiers and high-end chefs.

Split into three dedicated ‘good, better and best’ sections, the entry level Essential and quality Prestige ranges are complemented by the exclusive Coup de Pates collection. Featuring more prominently than ever in the new line up, Coup de Pates products showcase 24 years of continental innovation, authenticity and gastronomic baking quality in order to reconnect with its chef heartland in the UK.

Innovative new products on show include: the decadent Praline & Caramel Brownie Slice - a crunchy biscuit base layered with caramel and praline topping and finished with hazelnut chunks, alongside delicious and different Savoury Muffins. Operators can choose from both the mature cheddar cheese and smoked ham or mature cheddar cheese and spring onion flavours.
