Dawn of a New Era for Essential Cuisine at Restaurant Show 2013

Essential Cuisine is set to reveal details of a brand new look and a new campaign when the Stock People return to the Restaurant Show this October (7-9th Earls Court 2). Details are shrouded in secrecy but a visit to Stand H101, where all will be revealed, is strongly advised.
Restaurant Show 2013The dedicated British producer will also be offering show visitors the chance to sample its full range of premium quality stocks – incorporating gluten-free and Halal approved variants – jus, gravy, demi-glace and glaces, including the chef’s favourite, Premier Veal Jus. The Essential Cuisine team will be out in force to demonstrate how the convenient and highly versatile range can save chefs both time and money, enabling them to focus on the final dish.
“We’re greatly looking forward to welcoming visitors to our stand at the Restaurant Show and to revealing the details of both the campaign and new look,” said Essential Cuisine Managing Director, Nigel Crane. “Chefs and their brigades – no matter how big or small – are the lifeblood of our industry, which is why we have chosen this show to reveal our new plans. The Essential Cuisine team counts many chefs in its number so it’s the perfect opportunity to meet likeminded people and demonstrate how our products and the new campaign can benefit them directly.”
Also at the event will be Daniel Akrigg, the North West Young Chef of the Year 2013, who will be competing during the show in the Craft Guild of Chefs’ Young National Chef of the Year. The young commis chef – an integral part of Simon Rogan’s brigade at Rogan & Company in Cumbria – battled it out against regional winners from around the North West cooking his way to the nationals in the June event sponsored by Essential Cuisine. Daniel is now set to take on seven young chefs from around the country in a live two and a half hour cook off.
Nigel added: “Best of luck to Daniel; in the kitchen he’s a real team player and truly representative of the wealth of talent in the North West. Everyone at Essential Cuisine will be rooting for him as he does battle against the best young chefs in the country.”
Founded in 1995, Essential Cuisine offers the most comprehensive range of stock products in the UK, unleashing the creativity of chefs across all sectors and offering the taste, texture and performance of kitchen-made stock in minutes rather than hours.
