Essential Cuisine have once again been working hard with pupils from Hartford High School, turning their hand to soup making, in an effort to educate and inspire the next generation.
On the menu today were two soups; Garden pea and mint, and Carrot and Coriander, along with a Lemon and Ginger quencher, all prepared by hand by our Essential Chef protégés.
