CAAS-logoEssential Cuisine’s Development Chef Jonathan has once again partnered with Alveston C of E Primary School in Stratford upon Avon, as part of the Royal Academy of Culinary Arts Chefs Adopt a School campaign.
As part of his partnership with the school, Jonathan took 26 of the Year 4 nine year olds to Alveston Manor Hotel, where they were treated to a practical session making chocolate éclairs, with the help of the hotel’s Executive Chef Paul Harris.
Jonathan said “It was a fantastic day, the kids got covered in chocolate, but they really seemed to enjoy the experience, and so did I.”
