Set to Showcase Tailor-made Solutions at Casual Dining

The Essential Cuisine team will be hitting London for the forthcoming Casual Dining Show (26th-27th February, BDC, Islington), keen to demonstrate our versatile range and bespoke product development capabilities that can help casual dining outlets take their menus to another level.
casual dining show 2014Our Stock people will be on-hand throughout the two days on Stand U334 to show operators how our unique chef-led approach can help you tailor specific products, perfect for developing menus that work harder. We arrive in the capital fresh from unveiling a newly developed, £1m state-of-the-art production facility in the heartland of Winsford, Cheshire. Not only has the expansion brought the vast majority of production in-house, it has created even more space for our chefs to develop new products, perfect for the casual market.
Managing Director, Nigel Crane, comments: “Our stocks are a trusted favourite in the kitchens of casual chains, pub groups and independents up and down the country because, as chefs, we know how they can help define and enhance a menu. Yet it’s the capability to work proactively with other chefs to develop just the right products for them that sets us apart in the market – we’re tremendously excited to show Casual Dining visitors how our versatile, British-made stocks can help them to save time and money while safeguarding consistency.”
We will also be demonstrating the full range on stand, including the chef’s favourite Premier Jus range alongside a 12-strong line up of high quality, gluten-free stock mixes. Each offers the taste, texture and performance of a kitchen-made equivalent in minutes rather than hours giving the chef total confidence that their creations will always shine.
Casual Dining visitors can also find out more about Essential Cuisine’s brand new campaign: ‘Proud to be one of the Team’, celebrating the unity of the modern brigade and the role the Essential Cuisine stock pot has to play in busy kitchens.
Nigel adds: “So many brands in foodservice are great at lauding individual chefs; fewer recognise the skill of a whole team. These family units are instrumental in the success or failure of a kitchen and chefs value these above anything else. The Essential Cuisine stock pot is also an integral part of these teams, as reliable and indispensible as any member.
We’re incredibly proud to be a key part of so many thriving and exciting kitchens and will be looking to recruit yet more converts at the show.
