The Stock People Journey South for H&C 2014

We are set to showcase our brand new look and a new campaign when we travel from our heartland in the North West to exhibit on the UK’s south coast at the forthcoming Staff Canteen Live, part of Hotel & Catering Show (11th-12th March, Bournemouth BIC).
Formerly known as The Stock Specialists, Essential Cuisine, the Cheshire-based producer of stocks, jus, gravy, demi-glace and glaces has become The Stock People, while our branding, sales & marketing materials and website have also been updated to reflect a new look and feel. Visitors to stand H30 will be able to see and experience the refresh for themselves, meet the team, and find out how our convenient and highly versatile range can save chefs both time and money, enabling you to focus on the final dish.
Managing Director, Nigel Crane, comments: “We’re tremendously excited to be returning to the show – and to be amongst so many of our fellow chefs. The new branding has allowed us to play on this link even more and let the Essential Cuisine personality shine through – a community of real people, real chefs, at the heart of the business – and we can’t wait to show it off.”
While there, show visitors can also find out more about brand new campaign: ‘Proud to be one of the Team’, celebrating the unity of the modern brigade and the role the Essential Cuisine stock pot has to play in busy kitchens. Nigel adds: “So many brands in foodservice are great at lauding individual chefs; fewer recognise the skill of a whole team. These family units are instrumental in the success or failure of a kitchen and chefs value these above anything else. The Essential Cuisine stock pot is also an integral part of these teams, as reliable and indispensible as any member. We’re incredibly proud to be a key part of so many thriving and exciting kitchens and will be looking to recruit yet more converts at the show.”
