The Universal Cookery and Food Festival 2013 will take place in September, following a fantastic show in 2012, and Essential Cuisine will be featured on Stand 31.
In association with the Craft Guild of Chefs, the show aims to explore the food chain from field to plate, and will feature chef demonstrations from Mary-Ellen McTague (The Aumbry, Manchester) and Lisa Allen (Northcote Manor,) along with many others.
Taking place at Warbrook House, Hook, Hampshire on 4th September 2013 8am – 6.30pm, Essential Cuisine will be on hand to demonstrate our ranges of Stocks, Jus, Gravy, and Glaces, to see how we can help in your kitchen.
As venison and game will be hot topics at the festival, our team of chefs will be ready with samples of Game Glace for you to try, which has great flavours of Juniper and winter spices. With an excellent taste profile, use just as you would any reduced stock.
