Chef pairs have until midnight on December 8th to enter Essential Cuisine’s Teamwork in the Kitchen Challenge, held at Salon Culinaire during January’s Hospitality Show (NEC Birmingham 19th-21st).
The Stock People are reprising the highly successful challenge inviting junior chefs (under 23) to pair with experienced fellow chefs from the same brigade. To succeed, teams of two must work in tandem to create inspiring meat, fish and vegetarian main courses using Essential Cuisine’s premium quality range.
