Five signed copies of Paul Ainsworth's NEW book “For the Love of Food” to giveaway

COMPETITION IS NOW CLOSED

Paul Ainsworth, a long-time advocate of The Staff Canteen, trained under renowned chefs such as Gordon Ramsay, Gary Rhodes, and Marcus Wareing. He then moved to Padstow in Cornwall, where in 2009, he and his wife Emma opened Paul Ainsworth at No. 6. Paul and his team gained a Michelin star in 2012 and have retained it every year since.

Over the years, Paul and Emma have added to their Cornish portfolio and today Caffe Rojano, The Padstow Townhouse, The Mariners in Rock as well as Paul Ainsworth at No.6 all form part of the Ainsworth Collection.

“For the Love of Food” by Paul Ainsworth, published by Pavilion Books, has been a book that has been 18 years in the making. The book follows Paul’s career as a chef and includes some of his favourite dishes from Caffe Rojano and The Mariners, as well as dishes he loves to cook for family and friends at home.
