Grand Opening of l'Ecole Valrhona in Brooklyn, NYC

This week the brand new school l'Ecole Valrhona in Brooklyn hosted its Grand Opening Event.

Taking place over two days, All Roads Lead to L'École featured five formats of creative exchange: seminars, pop-up stations, coffee talks, the hangout, and a formal reception.

The ribbon cutting ceremony took place on April 20th with celebrity Pastry Chefs from Europe, North America, and Asia and Valrhona Executives including Patick Roger, Paco Torreblanca, Francois Payard, Alex Bongrain, Jean-Luc Grisot, and Philippe Anquetil.

The event gathered Chefs from all around the world who repared a buffet of both classic and innovative treats for attendees.

The L’École du Grand Chocolate Brooklyn in D.U.M.B.O. serves as a professional development center for pastry artists, offers professional pastry classes, and also holds consumer-facing workshops where amateur gourmets can master their favorite pastries in half-day, hands-on workshops.
