Great British Menu 2020 finalist Ruth Hansom named head chef of The Princess of Shoreditch

Following a complete refurbishment, The Princess of Shoreditch will reopen on the 9th of September. 


The ground floor bar area will remain relaxed, serving a bar menu paired with a fantastic selection of wines, craft beers, ales and carefully curated cocktails. 

Upstairs will have a completely new feel, focused on British provenance, with the menu created and cooked by 
Great British Menu's Ruth Hanson who commented, “I am so excited about my new role at The Princess of Shoreditch, it’s a beautiful building with so much potential. We have a highly skilled, passionate team of people that really can’t wait to give all our guests a memorable experience, whilst highlighting great British producers, suppliers and craftsmanship.”

The team are looking forward to both welcoming new guests and seeing our loyal ones come back for an even better experience in our new settings.
The restaurant will be open for lunch and dinner, Wednesday to Sunday and bookings are now live.
